WIP Wednesday #2

So I've missed the last few WIP Wednesday's. Hopeless I know. Anyway, on a positive note, the Strawberry Triangles is complete (well the quilt top at least!). Please excuse the washing :)

And I've decided to 'park' a bunch of WIPs so that I can focus on projects that are timebound (for Christmas). I am trying to rid the guilt of the unfinished!

So, I've parked the following WIPs:

Look and Play Hexagon quilt
Wee Play DNP Super Size Me
Dance with Me
ABC Quilt

And instead I need to work on:

More heatpacks (and a tutorial)
Arcadia DNP
Single *Boy* quilts in Little Apples
Single Girl quilt in Pretty Bird
Children at Play Swoon (my first block is below)

The blocks are a little more time consuming than I expected! 1 down, 8 more to go!

Hope you've had a productive week! Check out more WIPs Wednesday here.

  1. Love the Strawberry Triangles photo. Looks like it fits right in with it's new friends. Can't wait to see how you quilt it. I'm a new follower so that I can see the finish and what you have in store for Christmas gifts!

  4. Your Strawberry Triangles quilt is very pretty! I was busy looking at it and didn't even notice the laundry! The swoon quilt is going to be cute. At least it only takes 9 blocks!

  5. I like the triangles! It's amazing how those come together. I just made a pillow like that. And your swoon looks good, I just finished my quilt top. It is more time consuming than it looks, but love it!

  7. Your quilts are so cute! I love that you took the pic of the Strawberry Triangles on your clothesline. It makes me terribly homesick, though! Thank you for sharing with us. :)
