I'm making a cute scruffily circle quilt for my niece from the tutorial on the cluck cluck sew blog. I love having boys but it's great to have some nieces to make some bright girly quilts!!
ReplyDeleteI just became a follower!
ReplyDeleteG'day Lara. I am re-watching the last season of Frasier and laughing so much that my voice was croaky in the morning. It is so good. It took my a while to get into Frasier but when the local TV station had re-runs on I kinda really got into it. I have added you to my Google Reader.
ReplyDeleteI have become a follower. I am starting a quilt along soon. My first ever web quilt-along. Really excited.
ReplyDeleteHello.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting a sweet give a way.
I am still doing some hand work to finish my nemesis ... I mean very first hand quilted quilt. :o)
-Trish
This week I need to baste (ugh) and quilt a baby quilt. I might even get some more work done on another two quilts that are in progress, and I might try to learn that it is better to just do *one* thing at a time rather than always have half a dozen things on the go! ;-P
ReplyDeleteWhat a great bunch of goodies! I'm tackling an assembly line of Emmeline aprons right now - trying to sew for all my girlfriends birthdays coming up :)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun FQs! I popped over from Amylouwho and decided to check out the rest of your blog. I am so glad I did!
ReplyDeleteRight now I am sewing up some tote bags. I needed to make new library bags for me and my kiddos, but it has spiraled out of control and I an now making 8 bags. How do these things happen?!?

ReplyDeletethis is awesome...i am a follower. you are so great to share. giveaways are so much fun. and i just went ahead and blogged your giveaway on my blog!!! this is so exciting.
ReplyDeleteYou are very generous having another giveaway! Don't include me in the draw as I won the last one but just wanted to say I love the fabrics! If you have any left of the blue snowmen and stars, or if you know where to get them, can you let me know? I have some of the snowmen but they ran out of yardage in the shop and I was planning to use them in my christmas quilt (on this long to do list!!)I'd be happy to buy or swap.
ReplyDeleteYou are so generous, thank you for hosting! This past Xmas I made my Mom a quilted tablerunner and a bunch of napkins and she promptly said, "I could use some placemats to go with these"! So I'll be looking for theme fabrics this year - I think those cuties might fit in nicely with the colors I used on the other pieces!
ReplyDeleteWonderful.
ReplyDeleteI am making warm baclava type hats from thrifted wool sweaters for my gang. And trying to work on my ORB quilt.
This is a lovely giveaway - how nice of you. I am staring at a big pile of scraps on the floor that were arranged to make a colour wheel but then the dog came in and the husband and the little boy so its a bit disrupted and I am off to start over but i do not mind because arranging fabric is maybe my most favorite part of quilting
ReplyDeleteGreat give away I love your fabric. I just finished a small ticker tape quilt with my friends scraps. She was going to throw them out so I had to rescue them.
ReplyDeleteI am already a follower.
ReplyDeleteNew follower! :) I'd like to enter your giveaway.
ReplyDeleteNeat giveaway. Those fabrics would be great for the Winter Mini Quilt Swap I just signed up for :-) I could even come and collect in person (or maybe meet up at Stonestead Outdoor Quilt festival in Upper Hutt). Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeletePS. I finally made it into Spotty on Sunday, but got a measly 5 mins to myself. Still managed to buy some quilting fabric though.

Great giveaway! Very useful are all things you want them giving. I would like to win! This week I want to make few small gifts for Valentine's Day. I am a follower and I put a link on my sidebar.
ReplyDeleteLovely fabric and lovely giveaway! Thanks for answering my flickr question about if your generous giveaway was open to US residents. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that is hoarding Moda Figgy Pudding. I was frantically ordering all I could of the line and my credit card company freaked out and turned off my credit card because they thought all the crazy online fabric shopping was fraud. Luckily it was at the tail end of me getting all I needed to nearly complete the line. I've got a ton of projects planned so I guess I have plenty of time to get them all done since Christmas is so far away.

Great giveaway! You are right, it's never too soon to begin Christmas projects!!
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower now too xx
ReplyDeleteSweet of you to host a giveaway! As far as sewing goes, I've a long list for this month. The first project I'll work on is a bean bag chair cover for my two year old nephew. He loves Eric Carle's book Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See? and I found a fabric panel with the same theme. I have a couple of dresses cut out for my new niece. She was born Feb. 3rd. Before I can sew I'll need to put the snow shovel to use again. It's been snowing continuously since nightfall. Wishing everyone a productive day!

Hi, what fun fabrics! I'm working on a BOM, hopefully will finish the top this week. I have also become a follower, thanks Sharon.
ReplyDeleteThese are cute fabrics and would be nice and early for Christmas sewing. It is a wintry day where I live, snowing lightly. There was a bit of sunshine this afternoon and I got out for a walk. Our days are getting longer and soon we'll have what is usually our most glorious month - March.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have become a follower (I don't have a blog so can't add you)
